Coaching Client Confidentiality (Terms and Conditions)

• Information clients share in a coaching session is confidential and will not be disclosed without the expressed permission of the client. Clients are allowed to speak openly and freely without fear or concern that information will be repeated outside the boundaries of our coaching relationship.

• Clients can safely expect confidentiality throughout the duration of the coaching program as well as after the client/coaching relationship has concluded.

  PLEASE CONSIDER, that in the event of a legal government ordered mandate or a credible client disclosure to harm themselves or others, client information may be released to appropriate entities. By proceeding with the purchase of any coaching service provided via this website, you agree to all terms and conditions as set forth in this policy.

• Spirit Knows Best® (Content Protection Assertion): Permission to duplicate, disseminate or re-use any physical or digital content that was acquired via services provided by Spirit Knows Best®, is prohibited and not authorized. This includes and is not limited to: imagery, audio or text/print content delivered via any synchronous or asynchronous media hosting/delivery platforms, e.g. SMS/text messaging, websites, telephone, teleconferencing, etc.

  Request for permission to re-use any content should be communicated via the contact form here, for review and consideration on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

• When purchasing a coaching package, the client is agreeing to be an active participant in the process throughout the duration of the program. This is the best way to determine if a service was beneficial. Due to the amount of time and energy that is invested in the coaching relationship, refunds and cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Spirit Knows Best®.

  Please see the below general guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations:

• The client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund on any package or session, minus a 6% processing fee.

• If the client needs to reschedule a session, it must be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the session time.

Any missed sessions or cancellations in less than 24 hours’ notice, the client forfeits any right to the session or refund. Spirit Knows Best® is under no obligation to adjust the coaching schedule in this case. If unexpected circumstances arise and the client is unable to complete the remainder of the 60-day or 90-day coaching program, the client will receive a prorated refund, minus a 6% processing fee. Due to the brevity of the 30-day package, this consideration does not apply to this package. Once the 30-day program has begun, there are NO REFUNDS.

There are NO REFUNDS after the services have been fully performed or completed by Spirit Knows Best. (All sessions in the purchased program have been completed)
